Starting January 1, 2025, new and renewing Museum Members will receive Digital Membership Cards and Digital Guest Passes, accessible online through a mobile device. These Members will no longer receive physical membership cards or physical guest passes.
*Members who have purchased their Membership before January 1, 2025 should continue to use their physical membership cards and guest passes.

I bought or renewed my Membership BEFORE January 1, 2025. Do I have a Digital Membership card?
No, Members who bought or renewed their Membership before January 1, 2025, do not have Digital Membership Cards. These Members should continue to use their physical Membership Cards and Guest Passes.
How do i access my digital membership card?
You can access your Digital Membership Card at any time in three different ways:
- Once your Membership is processed (3-4 business days), you will receive an email with a unique link that will take you directly to your digital membership card.
- Click here and login using your Membership number or Phone number and Last Name.
- Download the “eMembership Card” app to your mobile device and login using your Membership # or Phone # and Last Name. For step-by-step instructions, Click Here.

How do I access and share my digital guest passes?
Digital guest passes are only accessible through the eMembership Card app. Members must download the “eMembership Card” app to their mobile device and login to access their digital guest passes. Follow these step-by-step instructions on how to access and share your digital guest passes!
Do I have to download the eMembership Card app to access my digital membership card?
Although we recommend downloading the app for easy access, Members are not required to download the app to access their digital Membership card. Instead, Members can access their digital membership card by visiting this link and entering their Membership number or Phone number and Last Name.
However, Members who receive guest passes as part of their Member benefits, must download the app in order to access and share their digital guest passes with friends and family.
What if I visit the Museum but forgot my phone or membership card?
Tell the admissions desk staff that you are a Member and share your last name and phone number or Membership number. They will be able to search and verify your Membership in our system.
I have a secondary Member on my Membership. Can they access the digital Membership card as well?
Yes, if there is a secondary member listed on your membership (family and above), they can download the eMembership Card app and follow the same procedure to locate their card.
