Yes, the Museum accepts matching gifts. If your employer offers a matching gift program, your donation to the Museum can have double (or even more) the impact. Many companies match charitable contributions made by their employees, effectively increasing the total amount donated to support the Museum's programs, exhibitions, and educational initiatives.
To take advantage of this opportunity, simply check with your employer to see if they participate in a matching gift program. If they do, they will likely have a simple process for you to submit your donation details. Once completed, they will match your contribution, and the Museum will receive the additional funds.
Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum is pleased to accept gifts of stock. Gifts of publicly traded securities that have appreciated in value allow you to claim a charitable deduction for the full market value of the securities on the date the gift is made. You pay no capital gains tax on the appreciation and the museum receives the full value of the gift. It’s a win-win! To learn more or to make a gift of stock, please contact Ms. Woo Ri Kim, Sr. Director of Philanthropic Strategies and Programs at [email protected]
We currently have “Seats of Honor” in the Museum’s theater that are available for naming. A personally inscribed plaque honoring an individual or organization of your choice is placed on the back of each seat, recognizing and celebrating their impact for generations to come.
